Schedule a move out by providing your move out notice 30days or more before your next bill is due.
This notice must be submitted in writing via text message (from registered phone) or Email to Valentia@StateStorageGroup.com
Tenants are required to provide the Facility with a minimum 30-day written notice prior to their next billing cycle that they will be vacating their storage unit.
Verbal move-out notices or in-person notifications will not be accepted.
The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that the Facility receives and acknowledges the 30-day written notice. Failure to provide the required notice may result in additional charges or the continued billing of rent until the notice period has been satisfied.
